If you’re not clear what you’re trying to achieve, then you’re going to waste your time not achieving much. Each and every RunClever athlete has a section of their fitness hub where you are guided to set out exactly what you want to achieve in the world of running and fitness. What’s your vision, your objectives, your motivation? What types of goals are these? If you can tell us that, we can give some guiding principles that apply to your situation. What’s more, if you’ve signed up to an organised race, just tell us when it is and how far it is and we will provide advice on training principles aligned to helping you get the time you want.

Record race plans for bespoke training advice
In the same ‘My Plan’ section of your Personal Fitness Hub, you can record details of any upcoming organised races you plan to run, and when they are to get personalised training advice for the race.
