Explore Fitness Syllabus

In most situations, people get the biggest return when support is bespoke, which is why we assign you a personal coach who will create your own unique plan. But there are some things that just don’t change from person to person, so we have created the most in-depth fitness syllabus on the market for members to work their way through, all the way from beginners first steps to advanced technical and physiological lessons. This includes everything from components of fitness to energy systems to running etiquette, pacing and injuries.

RunClever”s origin is in old fashioned face to face, one to one training. Our coaches always made an effort to ensure that those that we were training felt comfortable with everything that was happening are were on hand to answer any questions. When we expanded to online training to reach a wider audience, we found a pattern of people skipping training sessions, especially beginners putting off their first session. We put this down to a perceived lack of accountability as this was remote coaching, but we could not have been more wrong.

After exploring the issue with those who were reluctant to get out and run, we found it was entirely a confidence issue, they simply didn’t know the basics of what to do to go out running. This included how when to eat before a run, what to take with you, how to act with other runners, dogs, prams, cars etc., the list was endless. It was based on this feedback we created our famous ‘RunClever Complete Guide to Running’, which we sent out to all customers to address any worries. It was an instant hit and things have just snowballed from there, so we now have over 100 online modules split over 20 categories including;
