In most situations, people get the biggest return when support is bespoke, which is why we base the information you see, on the data you give us and our analysis of your runs. But there are some things that just don’t change from person to person, which is why we have created an in-depth syllabus for you to work your way through to learn or revisit the basics of becoming a runner. The 24 sections covering the basics available for all our athletes, and a further 30 advanced sections for those working with a RunClever Coach.

Mentality of Fitness
People often focus on the physical action of running and wider fitness activities, completely ignoring the mental side. Do you want to know how marathon runners keep it together when running for so long, do you want to know how people cope with injuries or how to avoid over training? Well, we have that covered too.
Inclusive Fitness
Running is for everyone, and we need to make sure it stays that way. Delve into the world of inclusive fitness to understand more about how we can overcome challenges relating to age, socioeconomic background and physical disabilities, which are the three biggest remaining barriers to full engaging in the running community.
Technical Running Frameworks
We also offer two Technical Frameworks to summarise how you should run in practice. These govern correct running form and gait, and how to effective take certain technical actions such as changing pace or direction.
